The Company reports its financial results on a quarterly and annual basis. The indicative schedule is as follows:
First quarter of financial results will be reported in May.
Second quarter of financial results will be reported in August.
Third quarter of financial results will be reported in November.
Full year of financial results will be reported in February.

As BCH is a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), investors can buy and sell the Company’s shares (ticker: BCH) on the stock market through the SET’s participants, i.e., brokerage firms.
Foreign investors are allowed to hold shares in the Company, subject to the applicable rules and regulations of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and relevant regulatory authorities.
However, certain shareholder rights may differ from those of domestic shareholders. If investors wish to exercise full shareholder rights, they may contact the Thailand Securities Depository (TSD) to proceed in accordance with the applicable rules and procedures.
Bangkok Chain Hospital Public Company Limited (BCH) is a listed company on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), with Thailand Securities Depository (TSD) serving as the share registrar. Investors may hold the Company’s shares in two forms as follows:

You should contact the Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. (TSD) which will reissue you with a new certificate. You will need a police report and your ID card. For further details, please contact SET Contact Center on (66) 0-2009-9999.
The shareholder’s heirs must submit their request to the court for the appointment of an estate administrator. Once the court has ordered the appointment of an estate administrator, he/she may summit the death certificate and the national ID card to the Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd. (TSD). The Company and its subsidiaries have the dividend policy to payout at least 40 percent of the net profit after deducting income tax and legal reserve of the company of the separated financial statements.
