Responsibilities:
- Manage consolidated financial statements of the Company and its subsidiaries.
- Manage financial reporting, provide reliable and relevant financial information on a timely basis for Management, provision of monthly and quarterly reports, analysis and interpretation of financial statements to assist decision-making.
- Manage daily accounting operation to ensure accuracy and timely closing of financial statements month-end, quarter-end, year-end accounting closing.
- Perform regular internal audit checks on accounting documentation, reports, financial statements and taxation.
- Managing all tax matters including income tax, tax returns, tax refunds and half-year and year-end tax submissions.
- Coordinating with relevant parties such as external auditor, SET, Revenue Department, etc.
- Handling any ad-hoc tasks related to accounting and tax.
Qualifications:
- Aged 30-40 years old.
- Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Accounting. CPA is an advantage.
- Minimum experience 5 years in consolidation, accounting and auditing.
- Experience in a Public Limited Company (PLC) or Big4 is preferable.
- Understanding Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proficient of Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skill, proactive problem solver, attention to detail, able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Able to work under pressure with specific deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain company’s website to ensure the content is accurate and up to date
- Comply with SET / SEC rules and regulations
- Assist in completing One Report, credit rating, and other information as required by relevant parties.
- Maintain effective relationship with investors, shareholders and analysts
- Coordinate and prepare relevant information for AGM, Analyst Meeting, Investor Meeting, Opportunity Day and Roadshow.
- Responsible in IR annual planning and budgeting
- Responsible in transactions related to equity and debt capital market
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Master’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics or related fields.
- Proficient of Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
