The Company has designated a Lead Independent Director by appointing Associate Professor Dr. Virach Apimeteethamrong, who serves as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing corporate governance, reviewing the adequacy of the internal control system, risk management practices, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and matters relating to conflicts of interest. He also serves as an independent communication channel through which independent directors can discuss issues and provide recommendations to the Board of Directors freely and objectively.
