BCH Receives Sustainability Disclosure Recognition from the Thaipat Institute

25 November 2025 – Ms. Pornsuda Harnphanich, C.P.S., Chief Financial Officer of Bangkok Chain Hospital Public Company Limited (BCH), represented the Company in receiving the “Sustainability Disclosure Recognition” from the Thaipat Institute, based on the 2025 sustainability disclosure assessment of listed companies. The recognition is part of the Sustainability Disclosure Community (SDC) initiative, which aims to encourage organizations to prioritize transparent and responsible sustainability disclosure to the public.

This recognition reflects BCH’s commitment to conducting business in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance and sustainability, through the transparent, comprehensive, and verifiable disclosure of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) information. The assessment framework is based on Ceres-ACCA, which evaluates the completeness, credibility, and quality of communication of disclosed sustainability information.

The Sustainability Disclosure Recognition is also aligned with SDG Target 12.6, which encourages businesses to adopt sustainable practices and integrate ESG disclosure into their annual reporting. BCH remains committed to continuously enhancing the quality of its sustainability disclosure as a key mechanism for promoting transparency, corporate responsibility, and long-term sustainable development.
